Dear 22 Month Old Sweet Baby C,

I can't believe that in two short months you will be TWO.
You, sweet boy, fill my heart with so much joy.
I can't believe it's been a year since this picture was taking.
I am watching you turn from a little baby into this little boy.
Fearless
Daring
Loving
Joyful
Hilarious
Stubborn
You even will pose for pictures now {just to make me happy}
You look at your brothers almost as if they were super hero's from a movie.
You watch them-their every move.
and then...
you mimic their every move.
You are happiest doing seat drops on the trampoline.
You wait until all of us our watching. You are hilarious.
You start your own dance parties.
You often wait until you are about to get in trouble and then
you pull out some dance moves. I try not to laugh at you sweet boy.
I just can't help it.
I laugh. You laugh.
You look at me and melt my heart to pieces.
You started a new face this month. You fold your little arms and stick your tongue out.
What on earth? You look so stinkin cute but goodness it makes your mommy so mad.
You keep me on my toes my sweet boy. You are into anything and everything.
I try to remember that those things that drive me so crazy at times,
are most likely the same things that when you are older will be some of your strongest
and most positive characteristics.
I find you brushing your teeth or pulling up a chair to get into the freezer.
You are independent. Yet you still only want me.
Everyone can be in the room {even your brothers} and you only want me.
I know this wont be for long. So, I will soak in it. I will squeeze you and love on you like crazy. I will sit with you and laugh with you.
I will have as many dance parties as you will let me.
I will do seat drops and act like a fool for as long as you will laugh with your
head back and your sweet dimples showing.
Your goodnight cuddles, your sweet kisses and morning cuddles
remind me that you are such a gift.
I am so thankful I am your mom my sweet Cole bear.
You are loved with every once of my being.

Hello Friday.

I don't know about all of you but I am so thankful it is Friday.
Here at our castle we have been slowly getting back in the
routine of school, soccer practice, packing lunches, ironing clothes,
and then waking up and doing it all over again.
At this point I am not sure who is more
ready for the weekend my boys or myself!

Today is the first day I have ever had both boys in school all day.
Which means I have this crazy little man all to myself today!
This little guy has really come into his own in the last few months.
I am excited to spend some time with just him.

He is crazy.
He is hilarious.
He is my mischievous one.
He is the one who keeps me on my toes.
He knows no fear.
He loves like crazy.
He is all mine.

We are off to go hang out at the grocery. Who knew I would be so excited to be at the
grocery with just one kid. It's the little things, right?
Happy Friday My Sweet Friends!
xoxoxo
Thanks to Nikki James Photography for these picture of my sweet Cole

Dear 15 Month Old Sweet Baby C,

2,063 diapers
4,028 bottles
575 baths
552 times you have been rocked
65 nail clippings
50 bananas
20 gallons of apple juice
365 belly laughs
1 trips to ER
1 surgery
150,000 kisses

That's how we've spent the past amazing 15 months.
I watched you grow

from my precious little baby,

to this adorable, dimpled, brown-eyed toddler.

You are crazy independent right now. You have a best friend. He is someone who hasn't left you since Day 5 of your life. Your little monkey who is connected to your paci. You love him. Why would you not? He is there ALL the time. When you are happy. He is there. When you are sad. Yep, he is there. I can see you becoming a little boy and it pains me. I see the way you antagonize Mason and although you get told No I can't help but laugh. You ADORE Brady. You can't get enough of him. He can do NO wrong in your sweet little eyes. You hate to sit in your high chair. It drives me nutso but I will chase you around and feed you because that's what moms do. Truth be told sweet little boy, I would do anything for you. So until your next letter... keep growing, keep smiling, keep bringing me books to read you, keep driving your brothers crazy, keep being loud, keep dancing when you hear the i-pod, keep trying to talk on my phone, keep curling up on my lap, keep playing with my hair and keep teaching me what it truly feels like to be needed, loved and blessed.
