Happy Monday Friends!
I am ready to get this week going. How has your exercise or lack of exercise been going lately? For me, I have noticed a 'lack of'. Which for me means lack of discipline, lack of energy and I could go on and on. This week I am committing to exercising everyday. I know time issues can make it a little more difficult but you always make time for what is important to you. Right?! Think about this:
What if  YOU refused to settle 
for less than the BEST in your life? 
One of the many ways that you can personally achieve true/no excuse motivation for exercise, and really for life in general, is for you to believe you are worth it and to refuse to settle for anything less than the best for yourself. It truly is about deciding that you deserve the best. You deserve a fantastic body, confidence, excellent health, high levels of energy. Make the decision to settle for nothing less. Why? Because you deserve it! So tell me what are you going to do this week to get moving?

  1. I so needed this post! Thank you! I will be restarting my thirty days of Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 with some running thrown in. We have a facebook group that completed the 30 day challenge in May (great motivation and accountability). I loved it, but stopped over Memorial weekend and have felt so sluggish. I look forward to starting again. Happy exercising and living life to the fullest!

  2. Love your blog and your boys are just beautiful. I have 4 little boys myself and I agree....I love being the mom of all boys. I go walking/running every evening while my hubby watches the kids. I always feel great afterwards and when I miss I'm grumpy, tired, and no fun to live with!
