I will get to shake my booty and feel NO shame
I'm going to be stronger
I will reshape my body
I want to know my grandkids
Oh, those "skinny jeans"
I love getting fresh morning air & seeing the sun rise
It's part of my daily routine
I'll see some dear friends at my Zumba class
I like seeing more definition in my muscles
My iPod exercise music list is THE BEST
I ate more than I planned over the extra long weekend
I want to run in a 5k
Looking forward to some "me time"

I so would LOVE some "me time!" I have to ask though - what time do you go to bed & what time do you wake up? I always have good intentions, but find it so hard to get myself out of bed. Thinking that perhaps I need to go to bed earlier than I do. Hmmm...
ReplyDeleteJess it varies from day to day. On days I have Zumba I sleep in ( I guess thats what you call it) till 6:45. The other days I try to be out the door by 5:45! I try to get in bed by 11:00 on days I get up early. Doesn't always happen that way though. Once you get in a routine you will be shocked at how much easier it is to get up and get out of bed to workout! :)
