Control your weedwacker please.

There are certain days that I really think I should be getting paid for this fabulous life I lead. Maybe via a freak show Reality Show?  Wednesday was one of those days.  I couldn't make this up even if I tried.

Two days a week I get out of the castle and head to my job.  Modeling is quite a hard job but somebody has to do it!  The days I work the morning is always a little crazy.  I am usually running a tad bit late and sure enough one of the loves has to poop/pee, don't like the way their shoes feel, spilled orange juice on themselves right before we are about to walk out the door etc... After 20 minutes of trying to get out the door we are finally all in.   Everyone is happy and of course my mind is going a mile a minute.  I drop my favorite little man off at my in laws and get back in the car to take the older boys to swim camp.  As I am thinking about the crazy awesome day ahead of me I suddenly hear... the loudest noise ever.  I then see 100 pieces of glass all over as I look back.  Brady is saying, "Oh no Mom, are the police coming for you?" While Mason says, "Mom your new car broked...."

Weedwacker man is doing landscaping by the road and as I am driving by in my HOT RIDE and some object shoots out and busts through the side window.  Seriously, why is this happening right now?  I have to get my little loves to swim class and get to work.  I don't have time for this man who can't control his weedwacker.  I pull over and start yelling at Mr. Wacker.  Not because I was being a you know what but because he has LIFE sized headphones on and has no idea what just happened.  At this point I look like the freak show that I am by yelling to try and get his attention.

... two little loves jumping up and down in the car while I try and talk to two police officers and weedwhacker man (keep in mind it's 140 degrees out and at this point I am sweating balls)

... one window later

... a new ride because my little baby wont be done for 7 days

... $1,000 worth of damage

.... This my friends is my fabulous life ....

I thought you might like to hear from a three year old little blonde hair blue-eyed love who decided to tell the story to Mr. Wonderful when he got home.

Mason talking about what Mr. Weedwacker did to our ride. from Maria Woodall on Vimeo.

I am not sure what your day brought you but on a brighter note the boys LOVE the color orange and guess what color the new ride is...... Orange.  You can always find the silver lining in every situation or at least that's what they say.

Happy Weedwacking!
