Work It Wednesday!

Yes, my friend, I am talking to you! No excuses. 
Get up and move your body!
My plan is to go to the gym and run for 30 minutes before I start my day! My gym shoes are waiting for me by the front door. 
How about you? What is your plan for the day?
Here is some Motivation for you.
Did you know exercise gives you energy?
You might be surprised at how popping in a Jillian Michaels workout tape for 20 minutes in the morning can change your entire day. When you exercise endorphins are released into your bloodstream. That is what makes you feel energized and ready to take on the rest of your day.

When you improve your stamina and strength, it's easier to accomplish everyday tasks like running around taking care of your little angels and cleaning the house. This also helps you feel more energetic over the course of the day. 

Who doesn't want to have more energy? Good gosh, I know I do! I know what your thinking, good for you, but I am too tired to exercise.  Yes, it may make you feel tired at first but it won't last long. The physical tiredness you feel after working out isn't the same as everyday fatigue. Once your body adjusts to exercise, you will be SHOCKED at how much more energy you truly have.
